Shipment processing times:
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, or after the payment has been received successfully. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be emailed a tracking number and shipping information when your order is processed. Please see Brand Pages for their specific shipping information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If for some reason there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you by email or telephone.
Changing or Modifying your Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped from Love to Shop Live we cannot change or modify your order. Please contact the carrier directly to make alternative shipping arrangements.

At this time, we only ship within the United States, USVI and Puerto Rico, we apologize for any inconvenience.

As many of you are aware our friends over at the United States Postal Services, Fed Ex, UPS and others have been receiving record high volumes of e-commerece orders due to COVID 19. With the holidays upon us Love to Shop Live will do their best to get you your new jewelry as quickly and efficiently as possible but please remember some packages may be delayed due to Covid 19 and severe weather events that are out of our hands.

Money back Guarantee if piece is returned back to Love to Shop Live within 30 days of purchase in the same condition it arrived in, no exceptions. All merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, with original packaging, tags and receipt upon return to Love to Shop Live to qualify for a refund. All returns are at Love to Shop Live's discretion. All custom made rings are not eligible for return.
