SHIPPING:
Our Policy & Commitment
There is nothing quite like receiving a surprise gift from your future self. That’s why each curated gift box and 5-week gift experience is carefully packaged with a personalized Future You letter and shipped with no price included on the label.

Is shipping included in the price?
Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $49.
​
My box is a gift. Will the gift be shipped with a receipt or invoice showing the price?
Knowing that our gift experiences are almost always a gift, we never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our gift experiences or individual gift items.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. Our processing window can be up to 3 days.

If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 12pm EST the next business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled in the order in which they were ordered. If you selected international shipping, the box will ship either via Standard or Express, depending on which option you opted for.
Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final.

It says the delivery was unsuccessful, now what?
We're here to help call carriers and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we're happy to send a replacement, but please note that we charge an $11 shipping fee.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.
My box said it was delivered, but my recipient never got it. What do I do now?
If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately, this is a rare situation that's out of our control and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!

What are Future Rewards?
Future Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get. We highly recommend you sign-up. Your future self will thank you!

How do I sign up for Future Rewards?
All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/ exchange policy?
We do not offer returns on personalized gift boxes or 5-week gift experiences.

I changed my mind; can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, that have not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.

HOLIDAYS
With current mail delays, when is the last day I should place my order to ensure it will arrive in time for the holidays?
We encourage all orders to be placed 2 weeks in advance for guaranteed delivery by December 25th, via the standard shipping rate.

However, please note that once all holiday orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays. That said, we are confident they will love the gift, and you, even if the gift arrival is slightly delayed.
