All merchandise must be unworn in its original condition, with original packaging, tags and receipt. Returns are granted at Kabana's discretion, custom built rings are not eligible for return.

If your piece is in stock your order will be processed within 2-5 days and you will be updated with a tracking number. Kabana Inc. is a USA manufacturer and many pieces will be custom built just for you, these orders do take about 3-5 weeks to process, you will be updated with a tracking number when your order is ready to be sent out.

If your ring is not in stock, in your size, a Custom Order can be processed and manufactured at Kabana in Albuquerque, NM within 3-5 weeks and mailed directly to you. Dial 1-844-LV2-SHOP to learn more.

When it comes to silver ring, simply order your Kabana 925 ring true to your ring size. If Kabana is sold out of your size, in sizes 5-9, no problem at all, they can do a custom order. Kabana can also create a custom order for you in any size; since Kabana is the manufacturer they can create your piece and mail it to you with in 3-5 weeks. Shipping Carrier: Most orders ship via the post office. Any order above $1,000 retail will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS, at Kabana Inc's discretion.

Changing or Modifying Your Shipment: Once a shipment leaves our store or Kabana’s production headquarters, we cannot change or modify your order.
