Prices & Orders: All prices shown on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars. In addition to the price for goods and services, LTSL will add charges for shipping and handling and also sales tax (where required by law) to all necessary orders. LTSL reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the Site without incurring any obligation to you. Descriptions of, or references to, products or services on the Site do not imply endorsement of that product or service, or constitute a warranty, by LTSL.

If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LTSL shall promptly issue a credit to your method of payment in the amount of the incorrect price amount that was paid.

Similarly, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason until your order has entered the fulfillment process. After that time, you may obtain a refund by following the refund policy. Shipping: The risk of loss for all products purchased by you and shipped by LTSL and its affiliates pass to you upon LTSL tender of the products to the carrier for delivery by the carrier to your specified delivery address. The risk of loss for all products purchased by you and shipped directly by one of LTSL affiliates pass from such affiliate to you upon such affiliate’s tender of the products to the carrier for delivery by the carrier to your specified delivery address.

Product Information: LTSL partners with the finest in Brands and Retailers. Following a rigorous protocol, LTSL verifies and attempts to inform its customers about material treatment of the stones LTSL sells. Despite LTSL protocol in place, it is possible that some forms of material treatment may occur without LTSL’s knowledge. The product and treatment information LTSL provides is to the best of its knowledge.

Jurisdiction: The Site is controlled and operated by LTSL from within the United States, and is not intended to subject LTSL to the laws or jurisdiction of any country other than that of the United States. Arbitration Notice: Any controversy or claim The Site or you may have in relation to one another, whether pre existing or present, in contract, or otherwise, arising under or relating in any manner to any of the products or services purchased from LTSL, on the Site or through the hotline, you agree that the dispute between you and LTSL will be resolved by binding, individual Arbitration. That means that there will be less discovery and less appellate review than in a court of law and that an Arbitrator, not a judge or jury, will decide the dispute. You waive the right to bring an action in court before a judge or jury. You also waive the right to bring proceedings or participants in, class consolidated, or representative, action or arbitration and you waive your right to a jury trail.

Time Limit on Claims: You agree all claims you may have against LTSL must be commenced within one year after the date of the claim arises, or such claim shall be barred.
